Zain Group’s ‘The Masters’: A Game-Changer for Disability Representation

| Zain Group, in partnership with PurpleSpace, launched 'The Masters,' the region's first corporate Employee Resource Group (ERG) for people with disabilities, which brings together 30 individuals from across Zain’s operations to focus on four key areas: co-creating Zain’s Disability Inclusion strategy, embedding accessibility into products and services, amplifying voice and visibility, and building leadership skills through the 'Learn and Lead' program. |
